H M Karunarathna Banda- FCA, B. Sc. (Special) P.Ad.

Mr H M Karunarathna is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a company secretary. He holds a degree in commerce and finance from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura, Sri Lanka. Further, He has been performed business consulting and advisory services for more than 30 years to uplift various business profiles through different advisory scales specially in accounting & finance, auditing & assurance, and taxation.

In addition to above he is performing different kind of social responsibility activities through the Lions club of Homagama as a part in his journey.

He is a Director of Magni Consultants (Pvt) Ltd, and Magni Steels (Pvt) Ltd.

E M Udaya Bandara Ekanayake- ACA

Mr E M Udaya Ekanayake is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a company secretary. Further, He also has been performing business consulting and advisory services for more than 5 years to uplift various business profiles through different advisory scales specially in accounting & finance, auditing & assurance, and taxation. Further, he had been served some reputed corporates in Sri Lanka, for more than 15 years under different responsibility scales delivering through Finance, Audit, Risk and Credit management.
